Roast Me Up

I had heels left in the bag of whole wheat bread. That’s alright with me, more nutrients. I grilled up a roast beef (thin deli slices) sammie with a little provolone, a Laughing Cow cheese wedge, spinach and tomatoes. Oh yes. Come to mommy.
